We would like to introduce ourselves. So you can get an idea who is treating you at the Privatklinik am Wittenbergplatz.


Prof. Dr. med. Frank W. Peter
After studying medicine in Switzerland, Belgium and Germany, I was trained as a surgeon at the Benjamin Franklin University Medical Center in Berlin. I graduated as medical specialist for surgery. Then I decided for a career in plastic surgery and graduated from Medical University Lübeck, Germany and University Medical Bergmannsheils in Bochum, Germany. After two years of research and training in the USA, I became the head of the intensive care department for people severely injured by fire in Bochum. I extended my training as an aesthetic-plastic surgeon during several study visits all over Europe, North and South America. Now I am a lecturer for plastic surgery at the University of Bochum.
I am member of renowned German and American societies, among others the German Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (DGPRÄC) and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS).

I am the manager of the Privatklinik am Wittenbergplatz. I personally look after the patients of the clinic and performing all plastic surgical treatments.
