Your visit to the Privatklinik am Wittenbergplatz

An aesthetical-surgical treatment bases on mutual confidence. We want you to feel good. We want you to know exactly what you will expect. With the following examples we would like to describe two typical situations in the Privatklinik am Wittenbergplatz.

Your first appointment: The consultation

Our clinic manager Petra Kleber will be the first you will get to know from our team. She will do a short interview to learn about your personal and medical history. Afterwards, you will be led to our cosy and stylish lounge. There you can relax ad enjoy a cup of coffee, while waiting to be welcomed by your doctor.

Our doctors will meet you in the lounge. Prof. Peter and Mr. Janssen M.D. will answer your questions in detail and introduce you to the complete treatment plan. Your doctor will set up an individual treatment plan for your needs. Small laser treatments, like the removal of moles or a simple facial injection (of collagen etc) can be performed following the consultation.

The day of your treatment

Today is your day. Maybe a family member or a good friend will accompany you to the clinic. Petra Kleber will welcome you and clear up some last details. Also Prof. Peter or Mr. Janssen M.D. will have a short talk with you. Of course, you still can ask any questions about your treatment. The next step is the drawing in of the aesthetical surgical treatment. This is the basis of the treatment and will be done before the anaesthetics. After the drawing in station nurse Dagmar will bring you to your room. There our anaesthetist will talk with you about all the details concerning the anaesthetics. Now everything is prepared. You know everything important about the treatment plan and you are perfectly prepared for your treatment.

After the treatment

Shortly after the treatment you will wake up, feeling no pain. Our motto is: “Beauty does not need to know pain.” To keep you feeling pain free you will get automatically and regularly medication to keep feeling pain free. You will get to your room right after you awake from the aesthetics. The station nurse will be there and ask you how you feel and will do everything for your comfort. Prof. Peter or Mr. Janssen M.D. will come and see for themselves that everything is the way it should be. You can relax and feel confortable.
